The first of my mother’s recipes..
My mother said that as soon as she was married, she started making these cream puffs. They were loved by everyone. By the time I was born, she stopped making them. I think it was because she was trying to lose the baby weight or we just occupied to much of her time. As I was going through her recipe folders, I came across some recipes that she wrote down. I was so excited to find this, because if she took the time to write it down it must have been out of this world.
This one was simple, straight-forward, and no fuss. Just like my mom. Her beautiful handwriting also made it extra special.
