What a necessary breakfast!
Long story short, I had milk that I had to drink before it went bad. I also had peaches and honey. It was a luxurious and light breakfast that anyone can use with any other type of fruit: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, bananas….you name it, it can go in it!
It’s a wonder why I don’t make this more often. O right…the thought of peeling and cutting isn’t exactly what I’m thinking while I’m trying to get to work. O well. That’s what the weekends are for!
HONEY PEACH FRAPPE
2 cups of milk (whole is best, but any will do)
1 medium sized peach, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp of honey
1. Pour the milk in a blender.
2. Peel and cube the peach.
3. Add the peaches with the honey into the milk in the blender.
4. Blend away until you get your desired frothy consistency.
